Time to Lose Weight

I have quite a little story to tell you about what I’ve been up to over the past few weeks.   But to tell you the whole thing I first need to go back to last year. I bought this really nice outfit for a social event that was coming up. Unfortunately the event got cancelled but I didn’t want to return the clothes I bought. They were really nice, and if I do say so myself, I looked really good in them.

But I made the mistake of gaining some weight since I first bought the before-mentioned outfit. The closes really showed off my body, but I had let my body go a bit.   I was invited to a similar social event this year but I kept putting off trying on th2weedietreviewe clothes. I was afraid they wouldn’t fit as well as they once did.

Needless to say, I got around to trying on my favorite, formerly sexy cloths. They fit, but just barely. And I wasn’t nearly as confident and comfortable as I was last year. I could have just gone shopping again, but I decided to try to change my body instead.

I looked up Dr. Oz 2 week diet in a search engine. I was surprised to find that a guy named Brian Flatt had a diet of the same name (2 week diet). And it actually looked a lot better than whatever Dr. Oz happened to be promoting. It wasn’t expensive and I gave it a try.

I was really surprised to see how effective it was. It wasn’t easy for sure, but I did manage to lose weight in only two weeks. My clothes fit perfectly for the even that’s coming up. I believe this is just the start of a newer, healthier me–I plan to get back into the gym and start training again for a more long-term solution to my health and fitness.
